說到瑞典美食,大家可能比較知道IKEA的肉丸。其實瑞典美食還是有蠻多不同菜色的,在哥特堡,瑞典菜餐廳主菜多數是海鮮,因此大部份價位也比較高。這次出差在哥特堡待了一週,特地找了幾間瑞典餐廳來嘗,一併記錄在此。

Heaven 23
Heaven 23這間餐廳就在我所住的旅館樓上,雖然是旅館餐廳但在哥特堡可是數一數二。因為位在高樓又在Liseberg對面,週末用餐時間一位難求,好在我來的時間大多數是平日離峰時段,不需要等候。
這裡的招牌菜是King size sandwich,名字叫sandwich,其實這是所謂開放式的三明治,更像是一道沙拉。大量新鮮的蝦落在蔬菜和麵包上,相當爽口。一週這道菜大約吃了三次。
Upper house
旅館另一端樓上的高檔餐廳。價格似乎是比Heaven 23更高一些,用餐的人比較少,氣氛很安靜。這天點的是catfish,味道還不錯,不過我更喜歡餐前麵包,上來的麵包旁邊還給了一大盤奶油。
West coast
Fish casserole,照翻譯來說是一種魚湯,不過其實是燉魚肉。
Restaurant Gabriel
這間餐廳位在魚市場Feskekorka內,很小的一間餐廳,但可是米其林餐廳喔。以新鮮海鮮聞名。這天點了一杯啤酒、半打超新鮮的生蠔、和當天新進的螃蟹。生蠔配啤酒很棒。
Somm restaurant and wine bar
這間餐廳是同事特別安排的高級餐廳,整體來說從菜到酒都相當精緻,如果追求fine dining值得一試。這是主菜的牛排。
