說到瑞典美食，大家可能比較知道IKEA的肉丸。其實瑞典美食還是有蠻多不同菜色的，在哥特堡，瑞典菜餐廳主菜多數是海鮮，因此大部份價位也比較高。這次出差在哥特堡待了一週，特地找了幾間瑞典餐廳來嘗，一併記錄在此。

Heaven 23
Heaven 23這間餐廳就在我所住的旅館樓上，雖然是旅館餐廳但在哥特堡可是數一數二。因為位在高樓又在Liseberg對面，週末用餐時間一位難求，好在我來的時間大多數是平日離峰時段，不需要等候。
這裡的招牌菜是King size sandwich，名字叫sandwich，其實這是所謂開放式的三明治，更像是一道沙拉。大量新鮮的蝦落在蔬菜和麵包上，相當爽口。一週這道菜大約吃了三次。
Upper house
旅館另一端樓上的高檔餐廳。價格似乎是比Heaven 23更高一些，用餐的人比較少，氣氛很安靜。這天點的是catfish，味道還不錯，不過我更喜歡餐前麵包，上來的麵包旁邊還給了一大盤奶油。
West coast
Fish casserole，照翻譯來說是一種魚湯，不過其實是燉魚肉。
Restaurant Gabriel
這間餐廳位在魚市場Feskekorka內，很小的一間餐廳，但可是米其林餐廳喔。以新鮮海鮮聞名。這天點了一杯啤酒、半打超新鮮的生蠔、和當天新進的螃蟹。生蠔配啤酒很棒。
Somm restaurant and wine bar
這間餐廳是同事特別安排的高級餐廳，整體來說從菜到酒都相當精緻，如果追求fine dining值得一試。這是主菜的牛排。
Familjen
另外又點了一份瑞典魚湯，賣相不錯，不知道是不是前幾天被高檔餐廳寵壞了，當時覺得味道普通。
