Spork | 原來Bend也有美食餐廳
Spork這間餐廳是我們在從加州前往Lake Louise自駕的回程路上誤打誤撞找到的，菜色都是亞洲創意菜系，在我吃過的餐廳裡算是很特別。
去的當天是New year’s eve，沒想到排隊的人還是很多。我們點了Mala fried cauliflower當前菜，主菜分別點了Spicy fried chicken + cucumber salad和Grilled vegetable coconut curry + fried organic tofu，都非常好吃。飲料部份，這間餐廳賣的都是走健康路線的果汁和茶，我們點了一個Jamu brew和當天的Daily blend，連我這種不愛喝果汁的人都覺得相當驚豔。
平時對於這種類型的餐廳很少有興趣，因為以前嘗試過的都不太喜歡，但這間很難得的讓我覺得值得推薦，是那種要是住在附近的話，會一再光顧的餐廳。
