Spork | There's a Gourmet Restaurant in Bend!

SporkThis restaurant was a favorite of ours when we traveled from California toLake LouiseI found it by mistake on my way back from driving, and the food is all Asian creative cuisine, which is very special in the restaurants I've eaten in.

The day we went there was New Year's eve, but there were still a lot of people lining up. We ordered the Mala fried cauliflower appetizer, Spicy fried chicken + cucumber salad and Grilled vegetable coconut curry + fried organic tofu for our main course, which were both very tasty. For beverages, this restaurant sells healthy juices and teas. We ordered a Jamu brew and the Daily blend of the day, which was amazing even for a non-juice drinker like me.

I'm not usually interested in this type of restaurant because I've tried them before and I didn't like them, but this is one of those rare restaurants that I would recommend again and again if I lived in the neighborhood.
