When visiting Cancun, Mexico, apart from staying at an All-Inclusive resort, there are indeed several must-try restaurants in Cancun that offer delicious cuisine. During our stay in the hotel zone, we tried many restaurants and found four particularly noteworthy ones, which I'd like to recommend and share with everyone.

Taco's Rigo | Must Eat

Firstly, I highly recommend Taco’s Rigo, a restaurant we visited no less than five times during our stay. It's a modest-sized eatery located in a small plaza near our accommodation at Grand Fiesta Americana. They offer takeout, and on several occasions, we chose to enjoy their meals back at the hotel at our leisure.
The restaurant itself basically has the atmosphere of a roadside stand. The food is very good, and the price is very, very affordable in the hotel area. Instead of spending 40 to 50 dollars, a large table here would only cost about 10 dollars. Another good thing about this place is that it doesn't raise the price because it's a foreigner's menu, so it's quite friendly compared to other restaurants. I've had a variety of tacos in the past few days, my favorites include beef cheek taco, beef tongue taco, fish taco, guacamole, avocado is super cheap and fresh, and the quasadilla mixture beef is also a very good dish. Quasadilla mixture beef is also a very delicious dish. There is also a Mexican-style chicken soup with chicken and a little bit of rice, which is very light and tasty.
Capylozes

- Price: $$$$
Capylozes is located right across from Taco's rigo, it is a seafood oriented restaurant, just like Taco's rigo, it is a small roadside restaurant style. We ordered a seafood soup and a grilled fish, the flavors were actually very good, but what I didn't like was the English menu which was quite expensive.
Mextreme
- Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Price: $$
Mextreme is also a restaurant in the hotel area, in the middle price range, and in the evening there are musical performances, the atmosphere is very good. The atmosphere is closer to an American restaurant. We ordered the signature cocktail and grilled meat combination, which was not bad for a restaurant in the tourist area.
The Surfin Burrito
- Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Price: $$
A taco store on a nightclub street, probably because of its location, the customers are so many that the line takes a while. Their specialty is the coconut shrimp, which is a huge portion. The flavor is good, the price is expensive, and the cocktails are great.
