Their signature dishes include a variety of Tacos, Burritos, and Quesadillas. Their homemade hot sauce and fresh salsa are particularly noteworthy. The portions are generous, often enough for two meals.

Guadalajara offers authentic Mexican cuisine with a focus on homestyle flavors and warm service. A special feature is their freshly made salsa, where you can choose your desired spice level. The menu is extensive, and the Fajitas and Molcajetes we ordered were delicious. We recommend the Molcajete Ultimo.

Seis Kitchen

Located in the Mercado San Agustin Public Market, Seis Kitchen is a modern Mexican restaurant known for its innovative dishes. The name "Seis" means "six" in Spanish, representing the flavors of six different regions of Mexico. They offer a rich variety of Tacos, from traditional Asada (grilled beef) and Al Pastor (grilled pork) to seafood, all with complex flavors. Their churros are a must-try and truly delicious.

El Guero Canelo

El Guero Canelo is a renowned spot for Sonoran Hot Dogs, a must-try when in Tucson. A Sonoran Hot Dog is a Tucson street food specialty, featuring a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with beans, onions, tomatoes, and various sauces, offering a rich and satisfying taste.

Aqui Con El Nene

This affordable and authentic Mexican eatery is located near Tucson Airport. Their Asada Tacos are a staple, but I particularly recommend the Taco Yaqui, which is quite special. It features beef wrapped in a green Mexican pepper, grilled with cheese and mushrooms, making it exceptionally delicious.

Barrio Brewing

Barrio Brewing is a brewery in Tucson with a minimalist industrial decor and an open space perfect for a drink. Their craft beers are excellent, and they also offer a variety of American dishes to pair with the beer, including the Sonoran Dog.
